Amine-PEG-thiol, MW 5K is a PEG derivative amine and thiol moieties. The amine group can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and other carbonyl groups. The thiol group can react with maleimides, disulfides, haloacteamides and other thiol groups. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound.
