Aminooxy-PEG-OH, MW2K is a polyPEG derivative containing an aminooxy group and a hydroxyl group. The aminooxy can be reacted with an aldehyde or ketone group to form a stable oxime linkage. The hydroxyl group can be reacted to further derivatize the compound. The PEG chain increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.
