Biotin-SS-Amine HCl Salt cleavable biotinylation reagent that contains a primary amine group. The amine group can be further reacted with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and other carbonyl groups. The disulfide bond in this linker can be cleaved using reducing agents such as DTT, BME and TCEP to remove the biotin label.
