Application: Conduritol B epoxide has been used as an inhibitor of GBA1 to discriminate between acid β-glucosidase (GBA1) and non-lysosomal β-glucosidase (GBA2) activity in β-glucosidase activity assay. It has also been used as a selective glucocerebrosidase (GCase) inhibitor.
