Extinction Coefficient:1.18 Elevation Level: 1000 to 2000 U/ml will replace the previous elevation level of >=40,000U/ml Previously calculated using Rheumatoid Factor IgM ELISA Kit from Alpco, Cat#GD023-RUO, which has been discontinued. A new Anti-Rheumatoid Factor IgM ELISA Kit has been tested. Both ELISAs were calibrated against the 1st British Rheumatoid Factor Standard 64/2. There has been no change in the processing of the material as compared to previous lots. Comparisons were made using the last Alpco kit available, past results for previous lots, and testing of past lots against the new ELISA. Prepared from plasma shown to be non reactive for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2 by FDA-required tests.
