LPA2 antagonist 1 is a LPA2 antagonist with an IC 50 of 17 nM. In Vitro LPA2 antagonist 1 inhibits the phosphorylation of Erk induced by LPA in a concentration dependent manner. LPA2 antagonist 1 inhibits HCT-116 colon cancer cell proliferation caused by LPA in a doses dependent manner. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
