WNK1-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of WNK1 with an IC 50 value of 1.6 μM. WNK1-IN-1 inhibits OSR1 phosphorylation with an IC 50 value of 4.3 μM. WNK1-IN-1 can be used for the research of blood pressure regulation and cancer In Vitro WNK1-IN-1 (0-1000 μM; 30 min) shows high potency to WNK1 with an IC 50 value of 1.6 μM. WNK1-IN-1 (0.2-12.5 μM; 24 h) inhibits endogenous OSR1 phosphorylation with an IC 50 value of 4.3 μM in MDAMB231 breast-cancer cells.
