产品介绍 ： 阿拉丁生产的Carrier RNA主要用于微量样本特别是病毒样本提取RNA时，帮助提升RNA的回收效率。Carrier RNA适用于大部分病毒RNA提取试剂盒，如阿拉丁的RNAeasy™病毒RNA抽提试剂盒(离心柱式) 。一方面可以提高微量病毒RNA在纯化过程中与纯化柱的结合效率和洗脱效率，另一方面可以减少被可能存在的少量残留RNase降解的概率。Carrier RNA在病毒含量较少的情况下效果更明显。另外，常用的EP管的材料是聚丙烯，管壁上有静电，会吸附核酸，提取RNA时直接将Carrier RNA添加至裂解液中，Carrier RNA可以很好地被吸附到纯化柱上，有效地去除静电效应，提高洗脱效率。本Carrier RNA为非病毒来源的RNA，不会干扰病毒RNA的后续检测。本Carrier RNA浓度为1µg/µl。 注意事项 ： 本产品需避免反复冻融，初次使用时建议适当分装并于-20℃或更低温度密封保存。操作时应小心，避免污染，请用RNase-free的枪头和EP管。建议戴一次性口罩操作。对于样品量较少或提取病毒RNA时建议使用Carrier RNA；如果预期RNA量较大，可根据需要选择是否加入Carrier RNA。由于含有Carrier RNA，病毒RNA的浓度会不准确，建议使用qRT-PCR法进行定量。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明 ： 1.每个病毒样品需要2-5µg Carrier RNA，直接添加至RNA抽提试剂盒中提供的裂解液中即可。例如，一个病毒样品，取3µl的Carrier RNA (1µg/µl)添加至300µl的裂解液中，混匀后加入到病毒样品。2.后续按照RNA抽提试剂盒的操作步骤进行RNA的提取。 Aladdin's Carrier RNA is mainly used for improving RNA recovery rate in RNA extraction from microsamples, especially from viral samples.his product is compatible with most viral RNA extraction kits, such as Aladdin's RNAeasy™ Viral RNA Isolation Kit with Spin Column . It not only improves the binding and elution efficiency of viral RNA in RNA purification process, but also prevents RNA from degradation by residual RNase. Carrier RNA has better effect in improving RNA recovery rate when the viral RNA content is relatively low. In addition, the commonly used EP tube is polypropylene, and there is electrostatic adsorption of RNA to the surface of the tube. The addition of Carrier RNA to the lysis buffer for RNA extraction can effectively eliminate the electrostatic adsorption and significantly improve the elution efficiency of RNA.Carrier RNA is not originated from virus and will not interfere with the subsequent detection of viral RNA.The concentration of Carrier RNA in this product is 1µg/µl. Precautions ： Avoid repeated freeze-thaws. When using it for the first time, please make aliquots and store at -20℃ or -80℃.When handling this product, use RNase-free tips and EP tubes and wear disposable masks to avoid contamination by RNase.Carrier RNA is recommended for extraction of small-amount RNA or viral RNA. It is optional if the amount of RNA is large.Quantification of extracted RNA by the traditional methods is inaccurate when Carrier RNA is included. We recommend using qRT-PCR method for RNA quantification if necessary.This kit is for R&D only. Each viral sample requires 2-5µg of Carrier RNA. It can be added directly to the lysis buffer provided in the RNA isolation kit. For example, for one viral sample, add 3µl of Carrier RNA (1µg/µl) to 300µl lysis buffer, mix well and then add to the viral sample.2. Proceed with RNA extraction as described in the manual of the RNA isolation kit.
