产品简介 该产品是基于考马斯亮蓝-G250染料的SDS-PAGE凝胶的快速蛋白染色试剂。灵敏度高，最低可检测到20 ng蛋白。染色过程简单，快速，染色后直接水洗，即可产生清晰背景。 注意事项 1. 若要获得最佳的脱色效果，可多次重复脱色步骤或在去离子水中脱色过夜。 2. 将凝胶加入染色液后加热至沸腾，继续在脱色摇床上摇动5分钟，可增强染色效果。 3. 本产品可重复使用2-3次，染色效果会随使用次数增加有所减弱。 本产品有轻微腐蚀性，请带手套操作。 操作步骤 1. 将电泳后的 PAGE 胶取出放入容器中，加入适量纯水（以充分覆盖PAGE 胶为宜）， 加热至沸腾后停止，弃去液体。 2. 加入适量快速染色液（液面覆盖凝胶即可），加热至沸腾后停止，弃去染色液。 加入适量蒸馏水，加热至沸腾后停止，倾去蒸馏水，重复此步骤脱色至背景清晰。 使用ProteinShow-G250蛋白快速染色试剂对SDS-PAGE染色后，不同浓度蛋白染色结果 Products This product is a rapid protein staining reagent for SDS-PAGE gels based on Thomas Brilliant Blue-G250 dye. It is highly sensitive and can detect as low as 20 ng of protein. The staining process is simple and fast, and a clear background is produced by washing with water directly after staining. Caveat 1. For best decolorization results, repeat the decolorization step several times or decolorize in deionized water overnight. 2. Add the gel to the staining solution and heat to boiling, continue to shake on the decolorizing shaker for 5 minutes to enhance the staining effect. 3. This product can be reused 2-3 times, the coloring effect will be weakened with the increase in the number of times of use. This product is slightly corrosive, please wear gloves when handling. Procedure 1. Remove the PAGE gel after electrophoresis and put it into a container, add appropriate amount of pure water (to fully cover the PAGE gel), heat it up until it boils and then stop, discard the liquid. 2. Add appropriate amount of rapid staining solution (liquid surface covering the gel can be), heating to boiling and stop, discard the staining solution. Add appropriate amount of distilled water, heat to boiling and stop, pour off the distilled water and repeat this step to decolorize until the background is clear.
