阿拉丁研发生产的U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe,即U6 snRNA Cy3荧光原位杂交探针,是一种可以配合阿拉丁生产的Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization Kit for RNA 用于对来源于Human、Rattus rattus (black rat)rodents]、Mus pahari (shrew mouse)rodents]、Mus caroli (Ryukyu mouse)rodents]、Mastomys coucha (southern multimammate mouse)rodents]、 Xenopus laevis frogs & toads]的细胞或者固定的组织、石蜡或冰冻切片等样品的U6 snRNA进行荧光原位杂交的通用型红色荧光探针。本产品可以用作荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测目的RNA时的阳性对照。阿拉丁的U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe是一种5’端进行了红色荧光染料Cy3标记的U6 snRNA的50nt单链DNA序列,可以特异性识别U6 snRNA 并进行杂交;其最大的激发波长为550nm,最大发射波长为570nm。本产品的推荐预杂交和杂交温度均为45℃。本产品杂交Hela细胞内U6 snRNA效果请参考图1。图1. 阿拉丁研发生产的U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe 用于Hela 细胞U6 snRNA的原位杂交的效果图。使用Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization Kit for RNA 进行原位杂交检测。图A、E为明场下Hela细胞形态图,图B为使用阴性对照探针0.5µg/ml Cy3-U6 snRNA sense probe的FISH检测效果图,图C为DAPI染色效果图,图D为图B和图C的叠加图效果;图F为使用阳性红色荧光探针0.5µg/ml U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe 即Cy3-U6 snRNA antisense probe的FISH检测效果图,图G为DAPI染色效果图,图H为图F和图G的叠加效果图。Scale Bar均为20µm。实际结果会因实验条件、检测仪器等的不同而存在差异,图中效果仅供参考。U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe浓度为1mg/ml。用于荧光原位杂交时, U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe的推荐工作浓度为0.5-1µg/ml。-20℃避光保存,一年有效。荧光探针均存在淬灭问题,请尽量注意避光,以减缓荧光淬灭。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用,不得用于临床诊断或治疗,不得用于食品或药品,不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康,请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明 : 本产品用于荧光原位杂交的具体操作请参见Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization Kit for RNA 的说明书。 Aladdin's U6 snRNA Cy3 FISH Probe can be used in conjunction with the Fluorescence in Situ Hybridization Kit for RNA to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution of U6 snRNA in cells, fixed tissues, and paraffin or frozen sections of human, Rattus rattus (black rat) [rodent], Mus pahari (shrew) [rodent], Mus caroli (Ryukyu mouse) [rodent], Mastomys coucha (southern polychaete) [rodent], and Xenopus laevis [frogs and toads] origin.This product can be used as a positive control in fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) assay of target RNA.This product is a 50nt single-stranded DNA sequence of U6 snRNA and can specifically recognize and hybridize U6 snRNA. It is labeled with the red fluorescent dye Cy3 at the 5' end, with a maximum excitation wavelength of 550nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 570nm.The recommended pre-hybridization and hybridization temperature for this product is 45℃. Please refer to Figure 1 for the hybridization effect of this product on U6 snRNA in Hela cells.Figure 1.
