彩色预染蛋白 Marker（10-180 kD）是一种即用型试剂，使用前无需煮沸，含有 10 种覆盖广泛分子量（10~180 kDa） 的预染色蛋白质，包括 70 kDa 的橙色参考带和 10 kDa 的绿色参考带。可用于在 SDS-PAGE 中监测蛋白质分离、验证蛋白质印迹转移（PVDF、尼龙或硝化纤维素膜）以及蛋白质的近似大小。产品已预混 loading buffer，不需要加热、稀释或添加还原剂。 产品组分： 产品中每种蛋白质约 0.3~0.4mg/mL（5mM EDTA，62.5mM Tris-H3PO4，25℃时 pH 7.5，2% SDS，33%甘油和 0.02% proclin 300）。 推荐上样量： 1. Western Blot：3-5 μL/泳道；2. The product has been pre mixed in the loading buffer, and there is no need to heat, dilute or add reducing agent.
