阿拉丁生产的MOPS Gel Running Buffer (10X, DNase/RNase free),即10X MOPS凝胶电泳缓冲液,也被称作10X MOPS RNA凝胶电泳缓冲液或10X MOPS RNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳缓冲液等,是一种10倍浓缩的RNA凝胶电泳缓冲液。使用不含RNase的超纯水稀释至1X后就可以用于RNA的琼脂糖凝胶电泳。本产品为DNase/RNase/Protease-free的无菌产品。本产品可以和Biotin Northern Blot Kit 配合使用。本产品常用于甲醛琼脂糖凝胶等变性琼脂糖凝胶的RNA电泳。本产品经DEPC (Diethyl pyrocarbonate,焦碳酸二乙酯)处理并高温高压灭菌处理,确保无DNase、RNase和Protease,即无DNA酶、RNA酶和蛋白酶。室温避光保存,一年有效。不含RNase的超纯水推荐使用阿拉丁的ST876 Ultrapure Water (DNase/RNase-Free, Sterile)或R0021/R0022 DEPC水(DNase、RNase free)。由于环境中存在较多的RNase,使用过程中容易出现RNase污染而影响本产品的后续使用。操作过程中须严格注意避免RNase污染。宜戴口罩吸取本产品,并尽量减少本产品暴露于空气中的时间,取用后宜立即盖上盖子,尽量避免反复冻融,并建议第一次使用时对本产品适当进行分装。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用,不得用于临床诊断或治疗,不得用于食品或药品,不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康,请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明 : 1.取适量本产品,使用不含RNase的超纯水把MOPS Gel Running Buffer (10X, DNase/RNase free)稀释至1X后作为RNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳的电泳液使用。 We recommend using ’s Pure™ Ultrapure Water (DNase/RNase-Free, Sterile) or DEPC water (DNase/RNase free) to dilute this product for use.Avoid RNase contamination during operation. Wear a disposable mask when using this product and minimize its exposure to air. After use, the lid should be immediately covered and tightened.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation. Instructions for Use : 1.Prepare an appropriate amount of 1X MOPS Gel Running Buffer with nuclease-free water to be used as an electrophoresis buffer for denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis of RNA.
