阿拉丁生产的SSPE (20X, pH7.4) (DNase, RNase & Protease free, Sterile)主要由3M NaCl、25mM EDTA以及0.2M NaH2PO4组成，用水稀释至1X后，pH值为7.4±0.1@25ºC。本溶液无菌、无DNA酶、无RNA酶以及无蛋白酶污染，常用于RNA杂交(如Northern-blot)、DNA杂交(如Southern-blot)等核酸杂交实验，为常用的分子生物学缓冲液。本产品为20倍浓缩缓冲液，经过高压湿热灭菌处理，使用时只需要用无菌蒸馏水或去离子水稀释至工作浓度即可。室温保存，一年有效。如长期不使用，建议 Precautions ： This product is for R&D only.
