独活素以浓度依赖的方式抑制人原代T细胞中T细胞受体介导的增殖。赫拉克林还诱导细胞凋亡。当imperatorin在细胞周期的G1 / S期诱导DNA片段化时,独活素在细胞周期的G2 / M期诱导DNA片段化,因此尽管结构相似,它们仍以机械方式不同的方式诱导凋亡。 Heraclenin inhibits T cell-receptor-mediated proliferation in human primary T cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Heraclenin also induces apoptosis. While imperatorin induces DNA fragmentation at the G1/S phase of the cell cycle, heraclenin induces DNA fragmentation at the G2/M phases of the cell cycle, thus despite a close structural similarity they induce apoptosis in mechanistically different ways.
