转铁蛋白(TF)是血浆中主要的含铁蛋白质,不仅参与铁的运输与代谢,参与呼吸、细胞增殖和免疫系统的调节,更具有抗氧化和杀菌的功能,在细胞培养中具有广泛应用。转铁蛋白以三种形态存在:脱铁(不结合铁离子),饱和铁(结合两分子铁离子)和部分饱和。 本产品为全铁转铁蛋白,即饱和铁状态,除发挥转铁作用外,自身即可作为细胞的铁源,无需在培养基中添加外源性铁。 应用领域:可用于动物细胞培养。 注意事项:本产品仅用于科研、实验室和生产使用,非临床治疗使用,不得用于动物及人体。 Transferrins are iron binding transport proteins which can bind two Fe(3+) ions in association with the binding of an anion, usually bicarbonate. It is responsible for the transport of iron from sites of absorption and heme degradation to those of storage and utilization. Serum transferrin may also have a further role in stimulating cell proliferation. Application: It can be used in animal cell culture.
