HKOCl-3 is a highly sensitive and selective fluorescent probe for detecting hypochlorous acid .E x : 490 nm; E m 527 nm In Vitro HKOCl-3 (10 μM) shows an increasing florescence intensity with increasing concentration of hypochlorous acid. HKOCl-3 (10 μM) shows a much higher increase in fluorescence intensity of compound HKOCl-3 than treatment with other ROS (10 μM) and RNS (100 μM).
