This inhibitor is much more selective against cFMS-independent growth of NSO cells than cFMS Receptor Inhibitor III . Both cFMS Receptor Inhibitor III and cFMS Receptor Inhibitor II are equally potent in inhibiting the cFMS-dependent growth of M-NSF-60 cells.
