白细胞介素3是一种主要由活化的T细胞产生的多效因子,可促进巨核细胞、粒细胞-巨噬细胞、红细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性细胞和肥大细胞系,祖细胞存活、分化和增殖。IL-3活性具有高度物种特异性,人类IL-3在小鼠细胞上不具有活性。负责IL-3信号传导的高亲和力受体由至少两个亚基组成,一个IL-3特异性α链,其与IL-3低亲和力结合,以及一个由IL-5和GM-CSF高亲和力受体共享的通用β链。虽然β链本身不结合IL-3,但在α链存在下,它赋予高亲和力IL-3结合。因此,IL-3通过与IL3Rα亚基和IL3Rβ信号转导亚基组成的受体发挥生物学功能。 本产品用重组大肠杆菌基因表达生产人IL-3,高纯度,高活性,无动物源性污染。
