It can stain the fungus dark blue. Operation process: 1 Put a drop of lactol blue dye on the slide. 2 Using a vaccination needle, carefully coat the fungal medium evenly in the dye solution. 3 Slowly cover the cover glass from the edge of the liquid. Avoid air bubbles under the cover and leave for 5 minutes. 4 Close all sides of the cover glass with nail polish if needed. 5 Observation under a microscope. 6 Staining results: The fungus is dark blue Note: When using this product for the first time, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 samples for pre-test.
