血红素加氧酶是一种催化血红素降解的酶，在NADPH、细胞色素P-450还原酶和分子氧存在下，使铁卟啉 IXa 氧化产生胆绿素 IXa。HO-1之间及 HO-2之间均有很大的同源性。HO-1可以被诱导生成，HO-2尚未发现有诱导反应。 用途 血红素转化为胆绿素。 推荐使用条件 储存缓冲液：20mmol/L Tris-HCl (pH8.0), 20mmol/L NaCl, 50%(v/v)甘油。
