阿拉丁的Protein A+G Agarose 预装柱(Fast Flow)是一种简便、快速、高效的用于抗体纯化、免疫沉淀(Immunoprecipitation, IP)或免疫共沉淀(Co-IP)的即用型预装柱，也称层析柱(Chromatography column)或纯化柱(Purification column)。本产品也可用于实验中抗原抗体复合物的分离纯化。特别注意：使用本产品对结合的抗体或抗体复合物进行洗脱时，会有微量Protein A+G脱落，洗脱后的样品不适合用于Western等需要二抗的检测，但适合用于抗原蛋白复合物的质谱分析等不需要使用二抗的检测。 Protein A是一种发现于金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的细胞壁表面蛋白，分子量为42kDa；Protein G是C型或G型链球菌(Streptococcal bacteria)表达的免疫球蛋白结合蛋白。Protein A和Protein G功能相似，能特异性地与哺乳动物免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin, Ig)结合，结合的部位通常为免疫球蛋白的Fc区，但有资料显示Protein A也会和人VH3家族的Fab区结合，而Protein G有时与Fab区也有一定结合。同时，两者对于不同的免疫球蛋白亚类的结合能力有所不同。适当重组改造的Protein A、G与琼脂糖凝胶(agarose)以一定的方式结合，可用于免疫沉淀或抗体的纯化。 使用本品经过一步亲和层析，即可从样品中得到高纯度的抗体，应用广泛。本产品为即用型预装柱，适合于培养液、血清、腹水或杂交瘤细胞培养上清中的IgG的纯化，或含Fc片段的重组蛋白的纯化。Protein A+G Agarose适合于免疫沉淀所有Protein A Agarose和Protein G Agarose单独可以免疫沉淀的抗体，包括human IgG1、IgG2、IgG3、IgG4，mouse IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG3，rat IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG2c，rabbit IgG，rabbit、goat多克隆抗体。下表是阿拉丁Protein A、Protein G、Protein A+G Agarose产品与人、小鼠、大鼠常见的免疫球蛋白亚类的结合能力及不同物种的总结合能力情况表。 Species
