9(S)-HpOTrE是通过5-脂加氧酶(5-LO)对α-亚麻酸的作用而产生的单氢过氧多不饱和脂肪酸。大蒜和马铃薯微粒体组分中的二乙烯基醚合酶活性可将其进一步代谢为烯丙烯酸。9(S)-HpOTrE还用作大豆和马铃薯LO进一步氧化的底物,导致形成9,16-二氢过氧酸。当将9(S)-HpOTrE用作底物时,LO的硅化物失活被认为是通过形成不稳定的环氧化物而发生的。 9(S)-HpOTrE is a monohydroperoxy polyunsaturated fatty acid produced by the action of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) on α-linolenic acid. It can be further metabolized to colnelenic acid by a divinyl ether synthase activity found in garlic and potato microsomal fractions. 9(S)-HpOTrE also serves as a substrate for further oxidation by both soybean and potato LOs, resulting in the formation of 9,16-dihydroperoxy acid. The suicide inactivation of LOs when 9(S)-HpOTrE is used as a substrate is thought to occur via formation of an unstable epoxide.
