胆绿素盐酸盐是胆汁色素,可从胆红素中氧化。已知有盐酸Biliverdin的α,β,γ和δ异构体。研究表明,胆绿素盐酸盐可以通过抑制底物与血红素加氧酶的催化位点结合来调节细胞血红素的降解过程。此外,胆绿素盐酸盐可以通过NAPDH /胆白素还原酶转化回胆红素。替代研究表明,甲醇是用于光谱测定胆绿素盐酸盐的非α异构体的理想溶剂。 Biliverdin hydrochloride is a bile pigment which is oxidized from bilirubin. It is known that there are α, β, γ, and δ isomers of Biliverdin hydrochloride. Studies suggest that Biliverdin hydrochloride can regulate the cellular heme degradation process by inhibiting substrates from binding to the the catalytic site of heme oxygenase. In addition, Biliverdin hydrochloride can be converted back into bilirubin by NAPDH/biliverdin reductase. Alternate studies show that methanol is an ideal solvent to use for spectroscopic determination of the non-α isomers of Biliverdin hydrochloride.
