This novel titania paste has been developed for screen printing of ultra thin mesoporous titanium dioxide scaffold layers for perovskite solar cells. A single layer printed with 150T or 180T mesh screens generates a film in the range of 300-400 nm thick with excellent uniformity and reproducibility. This new paste provides significant benefits to spin coated mp-TiO2 in improvement of process control, higher productivity and is suitable for various cell design and architectures.
