FTO-IN-8 (FTO-43) is a N6-methyladenosine demethylase ( FTO ) (fat mass- and obesity-associated protein) inhibitor with the IC 50 value of 5.5 μM. FTO-IN-8 has anti-cancer cell proliferative activity. In Vitro FTO-IN-8 (FTO-43) (0-50 μM, 24-72 h) inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells with no cytotoxicity to normal colonic cells. FTO-IN-8 (FTO-43) can increase m 6 A and m 6 A m levels and inhibits Wnt/PI3K-Akt signaling in gastric cancer AGS cells. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
