CAS number:2375240-92-7    molecular formula:

overview

compound introduction

Efruxifermin is an Fc-FGF21 fusion protein (human IgG1 Fc domain linked to a modified human FGF21). Efruxifermin has prolonged half-life and enhanced receptor affinity compared with native human FGF21. Efruxifermin can be used for the research of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis In Vivo Efruxifermin (0-100 mg/kg, SC, Once weekly, for 4 or 26 weeks) reduces body weight gain of Sprague Dawley rats in a dose-dependent manner . MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Animal Model: Male and female Sprague Dawley rats Dosage: 0, 1, 10, 30, 100 mg/kg Administration: Subcutaneous injection, Once weekly, for 4 or 26 weeks Result: Significantly reduced body weight gain after 4 and 26 weeks, despite increasing food intake. Markers of sympathetic activation, urinary corticosterone and ratio of adrenal-to-body weight were unchanged. IC50& Target:FGF21
