抗痛素是Ser和Cys蛋白酶的可逆抑制剂，其活性谱可与Leupeptin媲美。用活化的H-ras癌基因转染后，H-1765抑制NIH3T3细胞的转化。已用于评估蛋白酶在BALB / c 3T3细胞恶性转化过程中的作用。 Antipain is a reversible inhibitor of Ser and Cys proteases with an activity spectrum comparable to leupeptin. H-1765 inhibited transformation of NIH3T3 cells after transfection with an activated H-ras oncogene. Has been employed for evaluating the role of proteases in the process of malignant transformation of BALB/c 3T3 cells.
