吖啶橙(3,6-双(二甲氨基)吖啶)是一种与核酸结合的细胞渗透性荧光染料。它在与双链DNA结合时发射绿色荧光,与单链DNA或RNA结合时发射红色荧光。它也是一种正溶剂化变色染料。 用途: 吖啶橙也可用作溶酶体染料。 它被广泛应用于检测顺势疗法的功效。 When bound to DNA, it emits green fluorescence (Em=525 nm) and when bound to RNA, it emits red fluorescence (Em=~650 nm). A fluorescent nucleic acid binding dye which interacts with both DNA and RNA.
