PGA1 is generated by the dehydration of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1). Prostaglandins (PG) are hormones present in many tissues and organs. They are long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids. PGA1 is a cyclopentenone molecule. Application： Prostaglandin A1(PGA1) has been used to activate Ca2+ channel of human sperm (CatSper).
