灯盏花乙素为云南特有的菊科植物灯盏细辛中提取,灯盏花乙素具有改善脑循环,增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,提高血脑屏障能透性,增加营养性心肌血流量,提高巨噬细胞吞噬免疫功能作用,以及对抗由二磷酸腺苷引起的血小板凝聚作用。 Scutellarin, an active flavone isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis, can down-regulates the STAT3/Girdin/Akt signaling in HCC cells, and inhibits RANKL-mediated MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathway in osteoclasts. Scutellarin is active against HIV-1IIIB, HIV-1(74V) and HIV-1KM018 with EC50s of 26 μM, 253 μM and 136 μM, respectively.
