It facilitates the formation of highly efficient and low voltage devices. It shows an external quantum efficiency of 0.35 and 400 cd/m2 at 3V. Product Application Tris(2,2''-bipyridine)ruthenium(II) hexafluorophosphate may be used as a conjugating polymer in the development of light emitting electrochemical cell based devices such as light emitting diodes (LEDs).It is also used as a high-efficiency triplet emitter for OLED/Sensor research.
