酪氨酸酶(Tyrosinase) 来源于巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium),是 1 种结构复杂的含多亚基的含铜氧化酶,广泛存在于微生物、动植物和人体中,具有单酚酶和双酚活性,能催化氧化单酚和双酚成为苯醌。 酪氨酸酶是一种能调控黑色素生成的限速酶,参与黑色素合成的两个反应,催化生成由酪氨酸氧化而来的黑色素以及其它色素,酪氨酸酶具有多种生物学功能,在医药、美容、食品和环保等领域的应用。 主要应用 酪氨酸酶抑制的体外筛选试验; 蛋白质的体外修饰; 催化单酚类化合物与芳香胺的氧化-迈克尔加成反应; 去除羧基保护基团。 最适条件及使用稳定性 储存缓冲液:20 mmol/L Tris-HCl (pH8.0), 20 mmol/L NaCl, 50%(v/v)甘油。 最佳 PH:6.0~7.0 催化作用适宜温度:25℃
