Aminoantipyrine-Phenol Solution Dilute 6 ml of Aminoantipyrine Solution (A), 0.5 ml of Phenol Solution (B) and 200 purpurogallin units of Per-oxidase (produced by Amano Enzyme Inc.) with 0.2M Phosphate Buffer (C). Fill up to 50 ml with 0.2M Phosphate Buffer (C). (Expires after 14 days at 2-8°C) F. Substrate Solution Weigh 36.7 g of DL-α-glycerophosphate·2Na·5H2O (produced by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd. *) and dissolve in approx. 40 ml of deionized water. Adjust the pH to 7.0 with 4N HCl and fill up to 100 ml with deionized water. Then, filtrate the solution with 0.45 um membrane filter. G. Diluent Weigh 1.00 g of bovine serum albumin (produced by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.: Fraction V*), 66.0 g of (NH,),SO, and dissolve in 002M Phosphate Buffer (D). Fil up to 1,000 ml with 0.02M Phosphate Buffer (D). (Expires after 1 month at 2-8°C) H. Enzyme Solution Weigh 20 mg of L-a-Glycerophosphate Oxidase "Amano" and dissolve in chilled Diluent (G).
