微有风化性，50℃开始失去结晶水，81.5℃变成无水物，435℃分解成氰化钠、铁、碳及氮。水中溶解度1℃时为10.2%(无机物)，17℃时为14.7%，25℃时为17.6%.几乎不溶于多数有机溶剂。不可接触热或浓酸，也不可长时间受日光照射，以防产生氰化氢。 用作照相材料、制备赤血盐、颜料等，亦可用于钢铁渗碳、鞣革、染色、印刷、制药等。 应用 亚铁氰化钠十水合物可用作前驱体在NaCl中合成富含Na的Na1+xFe[Fe(CN)6] 结构，它可作为钠离子电池的阴极 Mainly used as important raw material in pharmaceuticals, pigment, tannage, metallurgy and chemical industries.
