在酶学中，醇氧化酶（EC 1.1.3.13）是一种能够催化如下化学反应的酶：伯醇 + O₂ ↔ 醛 + H₂O₂。因此，该酶的两种底物为伯醇和氧气，而其两种产物为醛和过氧化氢。这种酶属于氧化还原酶家族，具体来说，是作用于供体的 CH-OH 基团且以氧气为受体的那一类。应用：可用于酶法测定血液中的酒精含量。 pH 稳定性：在 pH 6.0-9.5 范围内稳定（37℃，60 分钟）。热稳定性：在 40℃ 及以下温度稳定（pH 7.5，10 分钟）。 In enzymology, an alcohol oxidase (EC 1.1.3.13) is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction a primary alcohol + O₂ ↔ an aldehyde + H₂O₂ Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are primary alcohol and O₂, whereas its two products are aldehyde and H2O2. This enzyme belongs to the family of oxidoreductases, specifically those acting on the CH-OH group of donor with oxygen as acceptor. Applications: Useful for enzymatic determination of blood alcohol. pH Stability: 6.0-9.5 (37°C, 60 mins) Thermal stability: Stable at 40°C and below (pH 7.5, 10 mins)
