阿拉丁免封闭抗体稀释液，是一种新型即用抗体稀释液，适用于各类一抗或二抗的配制。免封闭抗体稀释液中含有高效成份，可显著抑制各类抗体的非特异性结合，使用时无需WB的封闭步骤，直接进行抗体孵育。同时稀释后的抗体回收后可反复使用，节约成本。产品特色：免封闭配方——抗体稀释后即可直接用于转膜后孵育，无需封闭印迹膜。适用范围广——各类一抗、二抗的稀释均适用。节省成本——使用本产品稀释的一抗或二抗可以在2-8℃保存，反复多次使用。品质稳定——不含BSA、脱脂奶粉等动物源蛋白。操作步骤： 1. 转膜后使用TBST浸没印迹膜，漂洗30秒。无需封闭直接用本品对一抗或二抗进行适当倍数的稀释和抗体孵育。 2. 保存在免封闭抗体稀释液中的抗体可回收于4°C保存，多次重复使用，直至不能达到理想结果后丢弃。注意事项： 1. 如需反复多次使用抗体建议在4℃进行抗体孵育，以更好保持抗体活性。 2. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 3. 本产品仅供科研使用。
