生化机理

天冬酰胺酶(ASNase)酶可抑制肿瘤细胞中的蛋白合成。它在细胞周期的G1期具有高活性。会诱发白血病患者发生胰腺炎。天冬酰胺酶将天冬酰胺转化为天冬氨酸，可用于酶检测。天冬酰胺酶可减少淀粉食品中的丙烯酰胺形成。它还可用作急性淋巴细胞白血病的化疗药物。门冬酰胺酶可能通过将必需的左旋门冬酰胺转化为门冬氨酸和氨而导致白血病细胞死亡。天冬酰胺酶是变构调节酶，对正常细胞功能至关重要。
