SAR 97276 (Albitiazolium bromide) 是一种抗疟剂。SAR 97276 可以干扰疟原虫的磷脂代谢，尤其是磷脂酰胆碱 (PC) 的生物合成。SAR 97276 通过受感染红细胞的新通透性途径 (NPP) 进入红细胞，并通过多特异性阳离子载体转运到疟原虫体内。 SAR 97276 (Albitiazolium bromide) is an antimalarial agent. SAR 97276 interfers with the phospholipid metabolism of malarial parasites, especially the biosynthesis of phosphatidylcholine (PC). SAR 97276 enters erythrocytes through the new permeability pathways (NPP) of infected erythrocytes, and is transported into the malarial parasite by a poly-specific cation carrier.
