Ataciguat是一种新颖的邻氨基苯甲酸衍生物，它属于sGC活化剂的新结构类别，能够激活sGC的氧化形式。 Ataciguat (HMR-1766) 是一种不依赖一氧化氮的可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶 (sGC) 激活剂。Ataciguat 能够激活 sGC 的铁血红素铁氧化还原形式，刺激 cGMP 的产生。Ataciguat 具有血管舒张作用 Ataciguat is a novel anthranilic acid derivative that belongs to a new structural class of sGC activators which are capable of activating the oxidized form of sGC. Ataciguat (HMR-1766) is a nitric oxide-independent soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) activator. Ataciguat is able to activate the ferric heme-iron redox form of sGC that stimulate the production of cyclic GMP (cGMP). Ataciguat exhibits vasodilator effects.
