本公司生产的热敏磷酸酶，即(AnP）是不耐热的碱性磷酸酶，重组表达后纯化得到。AnP 可非特异性催化 DNA 和 RNA 的 5´ 和 3´ 末端磷酸单酯的去磷酸化。另外，AnP 还水解核糖核苷酸和脱氧核糖核苷三磷酸（NTP 和 dNTP）。AnP 在许多分子生物学应用中有着重要作用，例如去除 DNA 和 RNA 的磷酸化末端用于后续的克隆或探针末端标记。在克隆中，对线性化质粒 DNA 去磷酸化，可防止自连。该酶作用于 5´ 突出端、5´ 凹陷端和平末端。AnP 也可以用来降解 PCR 反应中的游离 dNTP，用于制备 DNA 测序或 SNP 分析模板。AnP 在 80℃ 下加热 2 分钟即可完全且不可逆地失活，因此无需在连接或末端标记前去除 AnP。组分和说明 A743821
