产生一种可溶性黄色反应产物，可在405nm处读取。对于终点测定，可以使用3N NaOH终止反应。推荐用于ELISA（微孔）分析；不建议用于膜应用。应用：本品是由对硝基苯基磷酸酯（pNPP）组成的缓冲碱性磷酸酶底物。这个先进的基质系统含有不溶性稳定剂，可提高稳定性和反应性，并降低基线吸收。它产生一种可溶性终产物，因此不推荐用于蛋白质印迹或组织化学应用。 The product is ready to use buffered alkaline phosphatase substrate consist of p -nitrophenylphosphate (pNPP). This is the advanced substrate system contains insoluble stabilizer that enhances the stability and reactivity as well as reduces the base-line absorption. It produces a soluble end product, hence not recommended for blotting or histochemistry applications. Application: Develops a soluble yellow reaction product that may be read at 405 nm. For endpoint assays, the reaction may be stopped with 3 N NaOH. Recommended for ELISA (microwell) procedures; not recommended for membrane applications.
