主要用途 各种基材（OPP、PET、PVC薄膜、纸张、金属）的底漆、涂料、胶粘剂。 基本信息 氨基乙基化丙烯酸聚合物是侧链接枝有聚乙烯亚胺的含伯氨基的丙烯酸聚合物。它是兼具聚乙烯亚胺和丙烯酸聚合物两者优点的聚丙烯胺，具有源自伯氨基的高反应性，对各种基材的附着性非常出色。人们所知道的一般阳离子丙烯酸聚合物有DAA、DAM聚合物等叔胺或季胺类型，而这是世界上唯一含有伯胺的丙烯酸聚合物。 制造方法 利用乙烯亚胺和羧基之间的反应性，可以很容易地将丙烯酸共聚物（阴离子）合成为含有伯胺的丙烯酸聚合物。 优点特性 氨基乙基化丙烯酸聚合物按形态可分为两种。 一种是可通过中和氨基用水稀释的水稀释性树脂，另一种是在溶剂中合成的溶剂型树脂。无论哪一种都具有伯氨基，因此对塑料和金属等基材具有卓越的附着性，与环氧树脂具有出色的反应性。 1.水稀释性树脂： 由于是水溶性，且具有高分子型表面活性，因此可以乳化并分散环氧树脂。因此可长期使用，从而减少溶剂。与环氧树脂反应所得的涂膜，在常温固化性、耐候性、附着性方面表现卓越。 2.溶剂型： 在和环氧树脂的反应性、对各种基材的附着性方面表现出色，可用作底漆和胶粘剂。具体可用于OPP/PET薄膜、粘合带、切割带、纤维等的底漆、PVF/钢板层压胶粘剂、PVC薄膜增塑剂防迁移等用途。 Main Applications Primers for various base materials (for OPP, PET, PVC films, paper, metals, etc.), paints and coatings, adhesives. Basic Information Aminoethylated Acrylic Polymer is an acrylic polymer containing primary amino group due to the grafting of polyethyleneimine in its side chain. Aminoethylated Acrylic Polymer is a polyacrylamine that has the features of both polyethyleneimine and acrylic polymer. It shows high reactivities thanks to its amino group and superior adhesiveness to various base materials. Cationic acrylic polymers are generally known as being tertiary amine and quaternary ammonium polymers, such as dimethylaminoethyl acrylate or dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate polymer.Aminoethylated Acrylic Polymer is the only cationic acrylic polymer with primary amine in the world. Manufacturing Method Using the reactivity of ethyleneimine and carboxyl groups, acrylic acid copolymers can be easily converted to acrylic polymers with primary amines. Features and Properties Aminoethylated Acrylic Polymer is grouped into two types according to its form.
