产品介绍：丙烯酰化聚乙二醇NHS酯是一种双功能PEG交联剂，属于异官能团双取代聚乙二醇衍生物。其一端修饰有丙烯酸酯基团，另一端修饰有NHS（琥珀酰亚胺酯）基团。其中，丙烯酸酯可参与双键修饰类聚合物光固化凝胶体系的构成，而NHS可参与生物活性蛋白上的氨基（-NH2）反应形成稳定酰胺键。因此可实现目标蛋白或药物与双键修饰高分子的偶联作用，延缓缓释周期，避免药物的突释。产品应用药物负载缓释、蛋白锚定、生物组织工程等。操作步骤（水溶性含氨基类蛋白或药物的双键化修饰）步骤
