产品介绍

在涂抹法与压碎法中，醋酸洋红常被用作核、染色体的固定和染色剂。在煮沸的45%醋酸中加洋红使之饱和，再加入微量的铁离子，便使醋酸洋红材料在为醋酸固定的同时，洋红将核或染色体染成红色。醋酸洋红染色液主要由高浓度乙酸和洋红（也称胭脂红）组成，pH呈酸性，本产品仅适用于科研实验，不可作他用。使用说明： 1、花粉类颗粒：取少量的花粉物质置于载玻片上，滴加适量醋酸洋红染色液使其充分混合，立即盖片，染色10～30min后，吸去多余液体，于显微镜下观察。 2、动植物切片：常规处理 (如脱蜡至水)，滴加醋酸洋红染色液，染色5～20min，用自来水冲洗，封片，于显微镜下观察。 3、部分新鲜植物组织 (如洋葱表皮)：直接浸染于醋酸洋红染色液5～20min，用自来水冲洗2～3min，置于载玻片并盖上盖玻片，于显微镜下观察。注意事项： 1、染完色后，需要立即在显微镜下观察。 2、因为本试剂含有高浓度弱酸，有刺激性气味，请注意自我保护。 3、为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
