生化机理

免疫球蛋白轻链的恒定区。免疫球蛋白又称抗体，是由 B 淋巴细胞产生的膜结合或分泌型糖蛋白。在体液免疫的识别阶段，膜结合的免疫球蛋白作为受体，与特异性抗原结合后，触发 B 淋巴细胞克隆扩增并分化为分泌免疫球蛋白的浆细胞。分泌的免疫球蛋白介导体液免疫的效应阶段，从而消除结合的抗原（PubMed:20176268, PubMed:22158414）。抗原结合位点由一条重链的可变结构域及其相关轻链的可变结构域组成。因此，每种免疫球蛋白都有两个抗原结合位点，对特定抗原具有显著的亲和力。可变结构域通过一个称为 V-(D)-J 重排的过程组装起来，然后可以发生体细胞超突变，在接触抗原并经过选择后，可对特定抗原产生亲和力（PubMed:17576170, PubMed:20176268）。
