生化机理

肌动蛋白是高度保守的蛋白质，参与各种类型的细胞运动，在所有真核细胞中普遍表达。翻译后：ACTG2：MICALs（MICAL1、MICAL2 或 MICAL3）氧化 Met-45 和 Met-48 形成蛋氨酸亚砜，促进肌动蛋白丝解聚。MICAL1 和 MICAL2 产生 (R)-S-oxide 形式。MSRB1 和 MSRB2 可还原 (R)-S-oxide 形式，从而促进肌动蛋白的再聚合。 Lys-85 处的单甲基化（K84me1）调节肌动蛋白与肌球蛋白的相互作用和肌动蛋白依赖过程。在细胞分裂和细胞迁移过程中，ALKBH4 的去甲基化需要维持肌动蛋白的动态，以支持正常的裂殖沟进入。
