生化机理

线粒体膜 ATP 合成酶（F(1)F(0) ATP 合成酶或复合体 V）在膜上质子梯度的存在下从 ADP 生成 ATP，质子梯度由呼吸链的电子传递复合体产生。F 型 ATP 酶由两个结构域组成：F(1) - 含有膜外催化核心，F(0) - 含有膜质子通道，这两个结构域由中央柄和外围柄连接在一起。在催化过程中，F(1)催化域中的 ATP 合成通过中心柄亚基的旋转机制与质子转运相耦合。亚基α和β构成 F(1) 的催化核心。中心柄相对于周围的 alpha(3)beta(3) 亚基旋转，导致 ATP 在 beta 亚基上的三个独立催化位点水解。α亚基不具有高亲和性 ATP 结合催化位点。
