生化机理

与 IL27 结合形成 IL-27 白细胞介素，这是一种异源二聚体细胞因子，在先天免疫中发挥作用。IL-27 具有促炎和抗炎特性，可调节 T 辅助细胞的发育、抑制 T 细胞增殖、刺激细胞毒性 T 细胞的活性、诱导 B 细胞的同种型转换，并对先天性免疫细胞产生多种影响。它的靶细胞包括 CD4 T 辅助细胞，这些细胞可分化为 1 型效应细胞（TH1）、2 型效应细胞（TH2）和产生 IL17 的辅助 T 细胞（TH17）。它能促使幼稚 CD4 T 细胞快速克隆扩增，但不能促使记忆 CD4 T 细胞快速克隆扩增。它还与 IL-12 强烈协同，触发幼稚 CD4 T 细胞产生干扰素-γ/IFN-γ，并与细胞因子受体 WSX-1/TCCR 结合。IL-27 的另一个重要作用是其抗肿瘤活性和抗血管生成活性，能激活抗血管生成趋化因子的产生。
