生化机理

诱发动脉粥样硬化（相似）。在大多数炎症条件下，白细胞跨内皮迁移（TEM）都需要这种细胞粘附分子。Tyr-690 在 TEM 中起着关键作用，是 PECAM1 有效运入和运出外侧边界再循环区（LBRC）的必要条件，也是 LBRC 膜锁定迁移白细胞周围的必要条件。通过传递 "分离 "信号，防止吞噬细胞吞噬紧贴的存活细胞，并在细胞凋亡时改变功能，促进凋亡细胞与吞噬细胞的系留（存活细胞与吞噬细胞相遇时，通过双方细胞表面的 PECAM1 的亲同性相互作用，导致存活细胞被吞噬细胞主动排斥。在细胞凋亡过程中，PECAM1 由内而外的信号传递在某种程度上失效，因此凋亡细胞不再主动排斥吞噬细胞。由于缺乏这种排斥信号，加上 "吃我 "信号与各自受体的相互作用，导致凋亡细胞附着在吞噬细胞上，从而引发吞噬过程）。同工酶 Delta15 无法防止细胞凋亡。调节 BDKRB2 的激活。调节缓激肽和高渗冲击诱导的人脐带静脉细胞（HUVEC）ERK1/2 的活化。
