CD47 的免疫球蛋白样细胞表面受体。作为对接蛋白，诱导 PTPN6、PTPN11 和其他结合伙伴从细胞膜转位到质膜。支持小脑神经元的粘附、神经元突起和胶质细胞的附着。可能在突触发生过程中的细胞内信号传导和突触功能中发挥关键作用（相似）。参与细胞粘附、生长因子或胰岛素诱导的受体酪氨酸激酶偶联细胞反应的负向调节。介导吞噬、肥大细胞活化和树突状细胞活化的负向调节。与 CD47 结合可阻止未成熟树突状细胞的成熟，并抑制成熟树突状细胞产生细胞因子。
